Carlsbad MainStreet presents the NWP Virtual Costume Contest!  Join in the fun by messaging your costume pics to Carlsbad MainStreet or by emailing them to carlsbadmainstreet@gmail.com  Please include name, age, and phone number to message.  Submit age 5 and under at 1:00 pm; ages 6 -10 at 2:00 pm;  ages 11-12 at 3:00 pm and 16 and up at 4:00 pm. on Halloween, Saturday October 31^st.  Prizes awarded in each age group for first, second and third place.
